Salary: 100,000 - 150,000 PKR per month
Responsibilities:
1. Provide induction training for new team members in Pakistan.
2. Oversee business compliance and ensure alignment with standards.
3. Perform daily translation tasks with a focus on accuracy.
4. Manage and relay customer feedback gathered by the team regarding services and products.
5. Handle additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
1. Fluency in Chinese, English, and Urdu, with knowledge of local customs and regional languages in Pakistan preferred.
2. Ensure that new employees grasp all necessary business knowledge.
3. Guarantee smooth and efficient business operations in Pakistan.
4. Maintain a high level of accuracy in all translated documents.
5. Display responsibility, self-discipline, and attention to detail.
6. Previous industry experience is an advantage.
7. Exhibit a calm, careful, responsible, and outgoing demeanor.
