Job Title: Quick Books Specialist, Accounts Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quick Books Accounting Software Specialist to join our team in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with hands-on experience in using Quick Books for various accounting functions. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company’s financial records using Quick Books.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice generation, payments, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and process payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist with tax filings.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements and audits.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information.
- Provide training and support to staff on Quick Books software as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on Quick Books.
- Proficiency in Quick Books and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
