About You:
Magnus Mage is looking for a passionate React.js Developer to join our frontend development team. We seek individuals who are enthusiastic about learning new technologies and excel in communication. • Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend development trends, frameworks, and technologies, including web3.
• Actively engage in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings, contributing to project strategy and direction.
• Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other team members to transform designs and wireframe into high-performance code.
• Develop and maintain new user-facing features using React.js, ensuring they are scalable, reusable, and optimized for performance.
• Create responsive, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible web interfaces that enhance user experience.
• Develop reusable components and libraries that can be utilized across various projects to promote efficient development.
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure the highest code quality and prevent regressions.
• Optimize front-end components to ensure fast loading times, smooth interactivity, and a superior user experience.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React.js.
• Java Script/Type Script: Advanced proficiency in Java Script (ES6+) and Type Script, with a solid understanding of modern programming paradigms and patterns.
• React Ecosystem: Expertise in React.js, including proficiency with libraries such as React Router, and React Query.
• State Management: Strong experience with state management tools like Redux or other modern alternatives and proficiency in Context API and React Hooks.
• CSS-in-JS: Familiarity with CSS-in-JS solutions (e.g., Styled Components, Emotion) for building scalable and maintainable styles.
• Next.js: Proficiency in Next.js for server-side rendering, static site generation, and creating SEO-friendly applications.
• Performance Optimization: Knowledge of optimizing applications for performance, including techniques like code splitting, lazy loading, memoization, and optimizing network requests.
• Tooling and Build Systems: Expertise with build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, Vite, Babel, and NPM/Yarn).
• API Integration: Strong experience with RESTful APIs, handling data fetching, caching, and error management.

Web3 and Blockchain Development:

• Experience with decentralized applications (Dapps) development, particularly using frameworks like Web3.js, ethers.js, or Moralis.
• Understanding blockchain concepts like smart contracts, decentralized storage, and token standards (e.g., ERC-20, ERC-721).
• Familiarity with developing and integrating blockchain wallets (e.g., Meta Mask, Wallet Connect).
• Knowledge of Layer 1 and 2 solutions, blockchain interoperability, and cross-chain bridges.
• Version Control and CI/CD: Proficient in using Git and working with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines (e.g., Git Hub Actions, Circle CI, Jenkins).
• Testing Frameworks: Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or similar tools for comprehensive test coverage.
• Agile Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, with hands-on experience in Agile team environments.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking abilities, with strong communication and time-management skills.

Nice to Have:

• React Native: Proficiency in React Native for cross-platform mobile development, including experience in building and deploying mobile apps to both i OS and Android platforms.
• UI/UX Tools: Experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for seamless collaboration with designers.
• Web Performance Tools: Understanding of web performance metrics (e.g., Lighthouse, Web Vitals) and tools to analyze and improve performance.
• Advanced Java Script Frameworks: Familiarity with other Java Script frameworks (e.g., Vue.js) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/Software Engineering from a reputable university.
