The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. As a Receptionist, you will ensure that visitors and employees have a positive experience and that administrative tasks are handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide information about our company and services.
- Manage appointment scheduling and assist with coordinating meetings and events.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or escalate them as needed.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Assist with office inventory management and supply ordering as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
- Relevant: 2 years (Required)
