In addition to the tertiary care hospital in Karachi, AKUH has a network of 4 secondary care hospitals, 30+ Medical Centres, and over 290+ Clinical Laboratories, 30+ Pharmacies in over 120+ cities across Pakistan. It also offers Home Healthcare Services and home deliveries of medicines. Responsibilities
You will be responsible to:

  • release medical information (investigation reports, discharge summaries etc.) to facilitate external customers on a daily basis, as per HIMS policy and procedure.
  • prepare medical investigation reports for executive clinic and corporate patients on daily basis to facilitate the respective department
  • process request for amendment in birth/death certificate as per established policy for the accuracy of record
  • process request for duplicate birth certificate and death verification letter as per established policy to meet the customers need.’
  • brief customers about Family Hifazat, Its features, benefits and the process of getting registered as well as dealing with their Family Hifazat requests, entering details in the system and asking for required documents to avail benefits.
  • verify all information provided by the Family Hifazat customers with the information available in sahl application
  • scanning all necessary documents needed for Family Hifazat registration and subsequently upload them on the FH portal.
  • collect and deposit cash from patient/ attendant on daily basis pertaining to provision of medical reports copies as well as registration of FH as per their request.
  • ensure adequate of family supplies for release of information section on monthly basis, thereby assuring steady workflow.
  • provide assistance in daily operational tasks in the absence of supervisor.


Requirements
You should have:

  • Graduation degree from a recognized institution.
  • at least 2-4 years of related work experience
  • excellent communication skills.
  • ability to understand customer’s (patient/visitors/other) needs to provide service that reflect value of institution and promote customer satisfaction
  • good cash handling skills.
  • ability to perfume multiple function effectively under work pressure.
  • good public relation and interpersonal skills.
  • ability to work in shifts duties.
