Key Responsibilities:

• Manage production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely output.
• Coordinate with teams across production, quality control, and design.
• Lead research and development efforts to innovate and improve vehicle fabrication processes.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to create and refine product prototypes.
• Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation to ensure product performance, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
• Drive the development of new vehicle designs, materials, and systems to enhance product offerings.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and resource optimization within R&D initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field (mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in specialized vehicle manufacturing or relevant setting.
• Strong background in quality control, team coordination, and design enhancement.
