Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operation Executive to join our dynamic team at OLX Pakistan. The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing sales reports, analyzing data, and supporting our sales strategies and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Sales Strategy Support: Assist in the implementation of sales strategies and campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Data Management: Utilize MS Office and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting tasks.
- SLA Management: Effectively manage Sales Support Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely responses and resolutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
