Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Make outbound calls to healthcare professionals in the USA.
• Present and explain our medical billing services, highlighting the benefits for their practice.
• Maintain and grow client relationships through consistent follow-ups.
• Achieve sales targets by converting leads into clients.
• Keep detailed records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work night shifts to accommodate US time zones.
• Sales experience, especially in healthcare or related industries, is a plus.
• Confidence in cold calling and providing information about medical billing services.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
