Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Assist customers in finding the right shoes based on their needs and preferences.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about shoe types, brands, and features to provide accurate recommendations.
• Sales: Drive sales by upselling and cross-selling related products.
• Fit and Size: Measure customers’ feet and ensure proper shoe fitting.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing.
• Inventory Management: Help with stocking and managing inventory levels.
• Handling Transactions: Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
