Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated **Sales & Marketing Intern** to join our team in Karachi. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and business development. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams and learn how to support and execute marketing campaigns, sales strategies, and customer engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential leads.
- Help the team in reaching out to potential customers through emails, calls, and social media.
Marketing Support:
- Help with planning and running marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Assist in managing social media accounts and creating content.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
Customer Engagement:
- Support customer inquiries and assist with follow-up communications.
- Help gather customer feedback to improve our services and products.
Market Research:
- Conduct research on competitors, trends, and market opportunities.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the team based on research findings.
Skills & Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a **Bachelor’s degree** in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A keen interest in **sales** and **marketing**.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Some familiarity with **Microsoft Office** (Excel, Word, Power Point) and software.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
- Fluency in **English** and **Urdu** is a plus.
