The Opportunity


We are looking for a Senior Consultant with specialized experience in SAP Work Clearance Management and Work Permit processes to join our Climate Change & Sustainability Services (CCa SS) Pakistan team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecting, designing, and implementing end-to-end SAP implementation projects, with a focus on safety and maintenance operations.


Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP Work Clearance Management solutions to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance protocols.
• Architect end-to-end SAP solutions that integrate work clearance and permit processes with other SAP modules.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their operational requirements and tailor SAP solutions to meet their business needs.
• Manage the full lifecycle of SAP implementation projects, from planning and blueprinting to go-live and support.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices and industry standards related to work clearance management and work permit systems.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in SAP Work Clearance Management and Work Permit processes.
• Proven track record of architecting, designing, and implementing end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of integration points with other SAP modules and the ability to provide a holistic solution to clients.
• Preferred experience with common business functions in EHS & ESG like Incident Management, Audit Management, Risk management, Inspections/BBS, Action Plans, Compliance Assurance , Air Emissions, waste , Water, Sustainability reporting, Carbon foot printing etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

• SAP certification in relevant modules.
• Experience in a consulting environment, with exposure to client-facing roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
