Senior Manager Finance and Taxation

Pakistan. We have established ourselves as a trusted name in the construction industry. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced person to lead our Finance and Taxation department.
Position: Senior Manager of Finance and Taxation

Role and Responsibilities: As the Senior position, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health of the organization and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.
You will manage the finance, taxation department in addition you will also be the responsible to implement the ERP solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Leadership and Team Management: Provide strong leadership to the finance and taxation team, guiding and mentoring them to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
2. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and oversee the timely and accurate generation of financial statements. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
3. Tax Compliance and Management: Must have knowledge in all aspects of taxation, with full command on Tax related matters (Income Tax, Corporate Tax, Sales Tax etc.). Must have practical knowledge of Tax return preparation, wealth statement, compliance of tax notice and accounts preparation.
4. Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with relevant stake holders to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts that align with the company's strategic objectives. Monitor actual performance against budgeted figures, providing insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
5. Cash Flow Management: Collaborate with relevant stake holders to prepare the company's cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operational needs and strategic investments. Optimize working capital and liaise with relevant departments to streamline procurement and payment processes. Monitor the future payments and liaise with the sales and recovery team for the recovery of overdue payments from the clients.
6. Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP): Manages solutioning and projects for ERP applications and responsible for the implementation, upgrades, and overall maintenance of the System Development, which includes the design, project development, testing, and delivery of various software modules, including configuration, reports, queries, interfaces, conversions, and implementation of custom solutions. Performs or leads GAP analysis to develop options for gaining process efficiencies or converting to delivered functionality.
Qualifications and Experience:

• ACCA or ACA qualified.
• At least 10 years of experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
