Key Responsibilities:-
-Conduct sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our real estate offerings.
-Close sales deals and negotiate terms and conditions with clients.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
-Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify sales opportunities.
-Proven experience as a sales consultant or in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
