Job Overview:
We at White Wings Consulting are looking for an SEO specialist to join our Pakistan office based in Bahria Town Phase 7 Rwp (5pm to 2am -night shift). Under this role you’ll be responsible for optimizing websites to increase traffic and engagement. After an initial assessment of current SEO performance, you'll create a content strategy, run social media ad campaigns and paid campaigns tailored as per our business needs. Your expertise will directly contribute to generating more leads, gaining clients and achieving more profit growth. Adhering to best practices and working to search engines' evolving algorithms, you'll use a variety of SEO tools and techniques, such as in-depth keyword research and analysis, to improve search engine rankings and drive visitors to our websites.
Role & Responsibilities

• Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to

achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.

• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.

• Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling

discrepancies.

• Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.

• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.

• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.

• Research and analyze competitor advertising links.

• Develop and implement link building strategy.

• Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented

on newly developed code.

• Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content

programming.

• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve

SEO positions for target keywords.
Requirements and skills

• BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field.

• Proven SEO experience of three to four years.

• Demonstrated working knowledge of SEO.

• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer

acquisition.

• In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Net Insight,

Omniture, Web Trends Google Search Console/Moz/SEMrush).

• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.

• Demonstrated success in improving organic search performance and driving business

growth.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision

making.

• Up-to-date knowledge of SEO latest trends, best practices, algorithm changes and industry

trends.
