Job Description:
An Australian medical company, with an office in E-11 Islamabad, is seeking a female Social Media & Community Engagement Specialist/Brand Builder with a strong background in social media engagement and brand development. The ideal candidate will actively interact with various social media groups, build the company's brand presence, and foster engagement across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement organic social engagement strategies to strengthen brand presence and increase community interactions.
* Monitor social media channels daily, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster positive relationships with followers.
* Support and participate in online community discussions, encouraging recommendations for our services within relevant forums and groups.
* Interact with customers and community members in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring timely responses that enhance trust and loyalty.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with branding goals and actively contribute ideas to increase online visibility.
* Identify trending topics and conversations within the community to proactively engage and position the brand as a trusted resource.
* Track, analyze, and report on engagement metrics, providing insights to optimize community-building efforts and improve customer interactions.
* Develop initiatives to convert followers into loyal customers, encouraging repeat interactions and word-of-mouth recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Experience in Social Media Engagement: Proven track record in social media engagement, brand building, and online community management.
• Excellent Communication: Strong spoken and written English skills.

Office Timing:
7:30 am to 3:30 pm (Pakistan time)
Compensation:

• Salary: 70,000 - 90,000 PKR, depending on experience.
