Job Summary:
Zarai Mandi is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Designer to join our dynamic team. This role combines graphic design with social media management to create engaging content that drives brand awareness and community engagement. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Premier Pro and have a passion for storytelling & working with our field representatives to market those stories via various platforms.
Job Description:
· Work closely with Zarai Mandi’s field representatives to create engaging and informative content that enhances understanding of the grain markets in Pakistan, addressing the opaque and disjointed markets.
· Design and edit visually appealing graphics, videos, and photos for various social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with company messaging.
· Fully integrate Instagram and Facebook through Meta Business Suite, managing and controlling posts from a centralized account. Develop a comprehensive Linked In strategy with content specifically tailored for that platform. Implement a communicative marketing strategy to leverage Whats App effectively.
· Create and maintain a separate content calendar for all platforms utilized by Zarai Mandi, ensuring a consistent posting schedule and content alignment across channels.
· Develop and maintain a document or spreadsheet to store Zarai Mandi’s captions, Whats App messages, thank-you notes, and other consistently communicated materials to facilitate streamlined communication.
· Compile and standardize all rate message templates for products into a single document for review and discussion with management, covering all commodities and by-products.
· Monitor social media performance and analyze engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of content strategies. Provide regular reports and actionable insights for improvement, including conducting A/B testing when implementing new strategies across different platforms.
· Run and manage advertising campaigns based on seasonality and the products offered by Zarai Mandi, optimizing for engagement and reach.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Premier Pro, and other graphic design tools, along with a strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective engagement with audiences and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively with rural field representatives and in office staff in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and demonstrate a creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
