Social Media & Digital Content Manager

- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow our audience, increase engagement, and drive brand awareness across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, etc.).
- Create and design engaging content (graphics, images, videos) for social media and web, ensuring a consistent brand look and feel.
- Basic skills to manage and update website content to align with marketing campaigns and social media content.
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics for social media, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Respond to comments, messages, and interact with the online community to build strong customer relationships.
- Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Proven experience in social media management with an understanding of different platform algorithms and engagement strategies.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to create simple, on-brand visuals.
- Working knowledge of website management, including content updates and maintenance using popular CMS platforms (e.g., Word Press etc).
- Strong communication skills with a creative eye for design and storytelling.
- Analytical mindset with experience using social media and web analytics tools to drive insights and improvements.
Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
