Position: Social Media & Community Executive
Job Description
Social Media Management:
v Create, and manage content tailored to each social media platform.
v Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies and content.
Community Management:
v Organize and manage community events, discussions, and forums to drive engagement and interaction.
Social Media Boosting Strategy:
v Boosting Techniques: Implement boosting strategies to enhance the reach and engagement of high-performing social media posts
v Campaign Creation: Develop and manage targeted boosting campaigns to drive specific business objectives, such as increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, or generating leads.
v Audience Targeting: Utilize platform-specific tools to define and reach target audiences effectively.
Content Creation and Strategy:
v Create and manage multimedia content, including images, videos, and copy for social media posts and boosted content.
Qualification and Skills Required:
- Intermediate/ Bachelor in Commerce (B. Com)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and boosting techniques.
- Ability to create engaging content and manage multiple social media accounts effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in building and maintaining online communities.
- Well-groomed and friendly personality.
- Should be hardworking and be able to work independently.
Work Experience:
- Candidates with minimum 2 years of work experience as a Social Media Manager, Community Manager with a focus on social media boosting strategies.
