Position: HR & Admin Executive
Job Description:
v Hire new candidates and improve employee experience
v Manage employee expectation and address day to day issues
v Maintain discipline, compile attendance record and process payroll
v Manage general administrative affairs
v Act as liaison coordinator for Directors of the Company
Qualification and skills:
v Understanding of Basic HR principles
v Bachelor in Commerce (B.Com)
v Minimum 3 year(s) of work experience in HR/ Admin department
v Ability to build relationship with colleagues and maintain a positive work environment
v Command over Microsoft office (including excel and outlook)
v Decent communication and drafting skills (including written English)
