Social Media Marketing Manager (Insta Expert)

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Expert with a focus on Instagram to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, brand awareness, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Instagram's algorithm, features, and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a social media marketing strategy for Instagram, aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, stories, reels, IGTV) that resonates with our target audience.
- Manage and schedule content using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Analyze Instagram Insights and track performance metrics (engagement, reach, clicks, conversions).
- Conduct competitor research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop a content calendar and ensure consistency across all social media platforms.
- Run Instagram Ads campaigns, including targeting, budgeting, and optimization.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong brand community.
- Stay up-to-date with Instagram's algorithm changes and adjust the strategy accordingly.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to the management team
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on Instagram.
- Proven track record of success in growing followers, engagement, and conversions.
- In-depth knowledge of Instagram's algorithm, features, and best practices.
- Excellent content creation skills (writing, graphics, video).
- Experience with social media management tools and Instagram Ads.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Days: Monday to Saturday
- Shift Time: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM (Pakistan Time)
- Plot CM-19, Third Floor, Wireless Gate, Shamsi Society, National Bank of Pakistan Building, Malir, Karachi.
