Social Media Marketing Specialist (Female)

Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop, edit, and publish engaging content (text, images, video) on all social media platforms.
- Visual Design: Design visually appealing images, graphics, and posts that align with our brand identity.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies that align with business goals.
- Community Management: Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and report on metrics to inform future strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.(1 -2 years experience)
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Design Skills: Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Experience with video editing tools is a plus.
