Position Overview:
We're on the hunt for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Engineer to join our vibrant team at Robox Power (Pvt) Ltd. As a Sales Engineer, you'll be instrumental in promoting our top-notch solar energy services and solutions to prospective clients nationwide. Your role will involve understanding clients' energy needs, advocating for the benefits of solar power, and delivering tailor-made solar solutions that align perfectly with their requirements and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint potential clients and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Foster and maintain enduring client relationships through effective communication and diligent follow-ups.
  • Evaluate clients' energy needs and devise personalized solar solutions.
  • Prepare and present technical proposals, including system designs and transparent cost estimates.
  • Collaborate closely with our skilled engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in the solar industry, government incentives, and regulatory updates.
  • Strive to exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience, particularly in the solar energy or renewable energy sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of solar power systems and associated equipment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Track record of achieving or surpassing sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design tools such as Sketch Up, Helioscope, or PVsyst.
  • Willingness to travel within Pakistan.
