Job Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day store operations and ensure maximum efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in FMCG, retail, beverages, Textile, confectionery, and tobacco industries, with a solid understanding of best practices in store and warehouse management, inventory control, and supply chain optimization.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Maintain and monitor inventory levels, including raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, to meet customer demand.
• Ensure accurate ordering, stocking, and handling of goods, while coordinating with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery and quality control.
• Manage store budgets, control expenses, and ensure operations align with company financial goals.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security standards in line with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain high standards of store appearance, cleanliness, and overall operational excellence.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy, minimize shrinkage, and maintain stock integrity.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing store operations and enhancing efficiency.
• Handle regulatory and compliance matters to ensure all legal requirements are met.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive store performance in line with company objectives.

Requirements:
