Responsibilities:

• Perform final reconciliation of items.
• Responsible for checking the items which have short expiry with proper reporting.
• Inspect all materials received quantitatively, qualitatively, and according to expiry date through Store Keeper/loader
• Responsible for complete reconciliation of supplier’s bill with system generated GRNs.
• Responsible for receiving demands of shop mart (site shops)
• Issue items against shop mart demands with proper verification.
• Prepare rates list for shop mart items and also GRN, LTN, GCN, DLN on ERP system.
• Coordinate with supply chain to purchase the required items of shop mart and stationary via strong follow ups.
• Conduct follow ups with all departments for stationary demand request.
• Maintain inventory of stationary and shop mart items with proper reconciliation.
• Ensure Compliance of all HSE, HACCAP, ISO 22000/9001/14000 & 45001 related guidelines related to his area of responsibility.
