Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Specialist responsible for ensuring the quality and freshness of grocery items. The ideal candidate should have experience in quality assurance processes and knowledge of food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming grocery shipments to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the freshness and shelf life of products.
• Identify and report any substandard or non-compliant items.
• Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to maintain high-quality stock.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures specific to grocery items.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and generate quality reports.
• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in the food or grocery industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
• Attention to detail and the ability to identify quality issues.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
• Certification in food safety or related field is a plus.
• Minimum 2-3 Year Experience.
