Content Creation

• Contribute to developing engaging and visually appealing content for various digital platforms, including social media, website and newsletters.
• Support in writing, editing and proofreading content to ensure clarity, accuracy and consistency in messaging.
• Help coordinate with internal teams to collect and organize content for the quarterly newsletter, ensuring timely and accurate inclusion of relevant information.

Graphic Design

• Design graphics, banners and promotional materials aligned with Karandaaz branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team to produce visuals for digital campaigns, presentations and reports.

Digital Media Posting

• Schedule and post content across social media channels, ensuring timely and strategic delivery.
• Assist in monitoring engagement and analytics to assess the performance of digital campaigns.
• Support the team in sending out the quarterly newsletter through bulk mail, ensuring accurate distribution and tracking.

Collaboration and Coordination

• Work closely with the Marketing and Communications (Mar Com) team to align content with overall strategy.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas.

Office Events Coverage

• Assist in the planning and execution of office events, including capturing and documenting event activities through photography and videography.
• Create content to promote events internally and externally, ensuring accurate representation of the event’s purpose and outcomes.

Implementation of Communications Plan

• Assist in executing the communications plan by supporting various communication activities and initiatives.
• Help track progress and effectiveness of communication strategies, providing input for adjustments and improvements.

Animation

• Create basic animations and motion graphics for use in digital media content.
• Collaborate with the team to develop animated videos or GIFs to enhance online presence.

Eligibility
Education & Experience

• Undergraduate university degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in content creation and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and basic animation tools.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital analytics tools.
• Experience in animation and motion graphics will be preferred.
• Experience with bulk email marketing tools will be an added plus.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Excellent skills in photography and videography
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
