Counselor (Contractual)
Position: Counselor
Contract Period: 1 Year
Location: Karachi, Pakistan (Korangi, North Karachi, & Super Highway Campuses)
A reputable educational institution is seeking a qualified and compassionate Counselor for a one-year contractual position. This role is designed to provide psychological support, emotional guidance, and academic counseling to students, helping them overcome personal challenges and enhance their well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to students.
  • Address emotional, academic, and social issues.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administration to support student development.
  • Develop and implement counseling programs tailored to student needs.
  • Maintain confidential records and provide timely reports to the administration.
  • Conduct workshops on emotional health, stress management, and academic performance.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a counseling role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with children, parents, and educators.
  • Familiarity with academic and emotional development challenges in school-age children.
Contract Details:
  • Duration: 1 Year.
