Job Summary:
As a Telesales Executive at Voltaic Power, you will be a key player in our sales efforts. Your primary role will be to engage with potential customers via phone, educate them about our solar solutions, and guide them towards making a purchase. You will work closely with the sales team to qualify leads, schedule appointments, and contribute to the company's growth in the solar industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
  • Handle and follow up on leads generated from various marketing channels, including website inquiries and social media.
  • Engage in cold calling to introduce Voltaic Power's solar solutions to potential customers.
Customer Engagement:
  • Explain the benefits of solar energy and our services in a clear, compelling, and personalized manner.
  • Qualify leads and identify customer needs to tailor sales approaches effectively.
  • Answer customer inquiries thoroughly and provide detailed information about our products and services.
Sales Collaboration:
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up with qualified leads.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from initial contact to proposal and deal closure.
  • Assist with invoicing and payment recovery as needed.
Knowledge and CRM:
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the solar industry and Voltaic Power's product offerings.
  • Update customer information in the CRM system accurately and promptly.
Sales Goals:
  • Achieve or exceed lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Actively contribute to the growth of the company's customer base.
Objection Handling:
  • Effectively address customer objections and concerns, providing appropriate solutions and reassurance.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 1.5-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
Essential Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and telephony systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with solar energy systems and their benefits.
  • Experience in cold calling and lead qualification.
