If you have a passion for sales and customer service and a drive to expand our client base while maintaining strong relationships, we’d love to have you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth through new client acquisition via telesales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through phone and digital communication.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills over the phone.
- Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Actively engage in strategies that promote sales and customer satisfaction.
- Enthusiastic, goal-driven individuals with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written, are essential.
- Proven ability to manage and drive sales processes effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous sales or telemarketing experience is preferred but not required; we highly value passion and dedication.
- Females are required and encouraged to apply.
- Experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a telesales environment.
