Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth through new client acquisition via telesales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through phone and digital communication.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills over the phone.
• Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Actively engage in strategies that promote sales and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Enthusiastic, goal-driven individuals with a passion for sales and customer service.
• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written, are essential.
• Proven ability to manage and drive sales processes effectively.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous sales or telemarketing experience is preferred but not required; we highly value passion and dedication.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Females are required and encouraged to apply.
