Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to define and understand project requirements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs.
• Develop user personas, flows, and journey maps.
• Ensure design consistency with brand standards and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, Java Script).
• Experience designing for web and mobile platforms.
• Understanding of accessibility standards.
