Hexa Cod IT Solutions, based in Faisalabad, is currently seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our web applications. Responsibilities:

• Work with product and engineering teams to create innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Manage all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Generate original ideas to simplify complex design challenges and enhance user-friendliness.
• Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Establish and advocate for design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Requirements:

• 1* years* of professional experience in UI/UX Designing.
• Portfolio of design projects showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Understanding of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, Java Script) to effectively collaborate with developers.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field is preferred.
