We are looking for a creative and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs for our digital products. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors. Gather insights to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and user flows.
• Develop high-fidelity visual designs that are aesthetically pleasing and align with our brand identity. Ensure designs are consistent across platforms.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure designs are feasible and meet user needs.
• Contribute to the overall UX strategy, including information architecture, interaction design, and user journey mapping.
• Help create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders, iterating on designs based on insights and usability testing results.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects and the design process.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with usability testing and user research techniques.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with teams.

Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month
