Position: Vehicle Monitoring Officer

Job Overview:
We are looking for a diligent and responsible Monitoring Officer to oversee vehicle surveillance and ensure that operational rules and regulations are adhered to and enforced. The role requires ensuring the proper functioning of on-board cameras, monitoring crew activities, and coordinating with teams to maintain system integrity and resolve any violations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Surveillance:

Monitor vehicles through audio and video technology to ensure compliance with operational standards.

• Online Camera Compliance:

Ensure that all installed cameras are online and functioning properly.

• Camera Inspection:

Perform regular inspections of cameras and report on their status.

• Daily Reporting:

Submit daily reports on the functionality of vehicle cameras.

• Crew Staff Monitoring:

Monitor the activities of crew staff and maintain communication regarding their whereabouts.

• Violation Coordination:

Identify violations, coordinate with crew members to issue warnings, and document the cases for future reference.

• Violation Reporting:

Create violation reports and maintain an up-to-date record for management.

• Serious Issue Reporting:

Draft detailed reports in case of serious operational issues.

• Shift Handover:

Perform proper shift handover, ensuring that all relevant information is shared with incoming staff.

• Logbook Maintenance:

Maintain accurate and detailed logbooks of all vehicle activities.

• Camera Record Maintenance:

Regularly update camera record files and ensure all data is correctly logged.

• Communication:

Maintain regular email communication with internal teams, regions, and relevant departments.

• Penalty Imposition:

Impose penalties on crew members for serious violations as per company policies.

• Technical Coordination:

Coordinate with regions and technical teams for the repair and maintenance of cameras.

• New Installations and Replacements:

Work with the technical team to oversee the installation, replacement, or removal of vehicle cameras.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (BA, B.Com, BBA, etc.).
• Previous experience in a monitoring, operations, or compliance role is preferred.
• Strong observational and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain detailed records.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in using monitoring software and email communication.
