Key Responsibilities:
- Technician Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with our network of skilled technicians.
- Identify potential technicians and negotiate contracts to ensure the highest service quality.
- Collaborate with technicians to streamline processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Training and Development:
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to various technical skills.
- Conduct regular performance assessments to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality across different technical domains.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize technician assignment and job fulfillment.
- Work closely with technology teams to integrate training modules into our systems.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination between different technical departments.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze technician performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Generate regular reports on training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Utilize data to make informed decisions that positively impact the technician network.
- Must be DAE electrical or DAE HVAC or equivalent degree holder
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in working with technical professionals.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced technical services environment.
Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
