Key Responsibilities:

Technician Relationship Management:
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with our network of skilled technicians.
Identify potential technicians and negotiate contracts to ensure the highest service quality.
Collaborate with technicians to streamline processes and drive operational efficiency.
Training and Development:
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to various technical skills.
Conduct regular performance assessments to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality across different technical domains.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with the operations team to optimize technician assignment and job fulfillment.
Work closely with technology teams to integrate training modules into our systems.
Ensure seamless communication and coordination between different technical departments.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze technician performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
Generate regular reports on training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Utilize data to make informed decisions that positively impact the technician network.

Qualifications:

Must be DAE electrical or DAE HVAC or equivalent degree holder
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in working with technical professionals.
Detail-oriented with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced technical services environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
