Job Description:
Joy Box is seeking a motivated Brand/Vendor Alliance Sales Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and partnership development. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining alliances with local vendors and brands at commission-based rates, helping drive growth for the company. Your earnings potential can reach up to PKR 1 lac per month, depending on the number of successful partnerships you establish.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with local vendors and brands.
• Develop long-term relationships with key partners to drive continuous growth.
• Work towards sales targets, ensuring a consistent pipeline of vendor alliances.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and operations for vendors.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve commission-based earnings based on the number of successful alliances formed.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
• Strong network and understanding of the local market.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• A passion for building strong business relationships.
• Ability to work onsite in DHA, Karachi.
