Joy Box is seeking a highly experienced and professional Customer Service Representative with 3 years of proven experience in handling diverse customer inquiries and supporting online sales. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Urdu, proficient in MS Office, and capable of managing both customer service tasks and contributing to online sales efforts. Your role will include managing customer interactions, preparing service-related documents, processing sales, and resolving customer issues.
Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and professional assistance.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Assist with online sales, including responding to sales inquiries, processing orders, and handling after-sales service.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and orders.
• Prepare and manage all service-related documents and reports using MS Office.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support seamless operations and resolve complex customer queries.
• Stay updated on Joy Box products and services to drive online sales and provide expert assistance to customers.

Requirements:

• 3 years of proven experience in customer service and online sales.
• Fluent in English and Urdu.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) for documentation and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and calmness.
• Ability to work onsite in DHA, Karachi.
