Job Description:
Joy Box is looking for an experienced and skilled IT Specialist with at least 3 years of proven experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of all systems, and troubleshooting any technical issues. This role requires hands-on experience in network management, system administration, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
• Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting issues with computers, networks, and software.
• Ensure data security and implement regular backups.
• Monitor and maintain network performance and security.
• Perform system upgrades and ensure the latest patches and updates are applied.
• Collaborate with various teams to address any IT needs and improve systems.
• Implement and manage software installations and configurations.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of proven experience as an IT Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of network management, system administration, and IT security.
• Hands-on experience with servers, network configurations, and IT hardware.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support.
• Excellent understanding of data backup and recovery processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work onsite in DHA, Karachi.
