Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the engineering teams in Lahore, ensuring alignment with the company’s global objectives.
- People Management: Mentor, coach, and develop engineering talent, fostering a high-performance culture that encourages growth, innovation, and collaboration.
- Technical Oversight: Oversee all engineering activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet or exceed industry standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement engineering strategies that support the company’s business goals and drive operational excellence.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve engineering processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance productivity and quality.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the key point of contact for global leadership regarding engineering operations in Pakistan, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Budget Management: Manage the engineering budget, ensuring efficient use of resources while maintaining high standards of delivery.

Recruitment and Retention: Lead the recruitment and retention efforts for the engineering team, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering leadership roles, with a strong track record of managing and developing large engineering teams.
- Exceptional people management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and lead diverse teams to achieve their best performance.
- Proven experience in strategic planning and execution, with the ability to align engineering efforts with business objectives.
- Strong technical background, with a deep understanding of modern engineering practices and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment, with a strong ability to collaborate across geographies and time zones.
- A passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality products.
