General Position Summary

This position involves assessing water and sanitation needs for rehabilitation projects in six districts, developing BOQs, estimates, and drawings for WASH infrastructure. The role includes providing technical support for procurement processes, overseeing quality control at health facilities and communities, and verifying vendor invoices post-completion. Additionally, the candidate will coordinate with field engineers, maintain financial tracking spreadsheets, analyze data for budget planning, and ensure effective relationships with project stakeholders and facilitate smooth project implementation, with regular reporting and site visits required.
