We are seeking a skilled and creative Frontend Website Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually appealing, user-friendly frontends for websites primarily built on Word Press. This role requires a strong grasp of frontend technologies, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Website Development: Design and develop aesthetic frontends for website development using custom CSS, HTML, Java Script, Bootstrap, SCSS, Tailwind CSS and Word Press Builders.
• Custom Development: Implement custom designs and functionalities using a combination of Word Press themes, and custom coding.
• Website Maintenance: Perform regular website maintenance, updates, and optimizations to ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness.
• Responsive Design: Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and perform optimally across all devices and browsers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, content creators, and backend developers to bring website concepts to life.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Optimization: Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.

Eligibility/Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on Word Press websites.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS and Java Script.
• Strong experience with frameworks and libraries like Bootstrap, SCSS, and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience in building custom Word Press themes.
• Familiarity with website performance optimization and SEO best practices.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot frontend issues.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git,) - preferred.
• Experience with website accessibility standards – preferred.
• Basic understanding of backend technologies (PHP, My SQL) is a plus.
