Job Summary

What you will do

• Drive and monitor various activities in line with the Standard Accounting Timetable and internal procedures, related to the specific area of accounting sub process.
• Follow and give feedback to team members to optimize performance.
• Share business knowledge.
• Support the organization of activities, anticipate delays, and solve issues.
• Maintain a permanent contact with suppliers, colleagues, manager, and departments.
• Stimulate understanding and cooperation across department boarders.
• Give assistance and support to special flows, markets/factories analyses and financial issues.

We believe you have

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Controlling
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in an international accounting department
• Previous experience in developing and executing automation processes for cross function tasks is a must.
• SAP and Excel skills as a must
• Fluent English level written and verbal.
• Skills as drive, receptive to change, strong communication, team player, proactively anticipate problems taking appropriate courses of action, confident communicator at all levels.
