Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the accounting department by maintaining accurate financial records, inputting invoices, and assisting with various accounting tasks.
Responsibilities

• Input invoices matching inventory to those invoices for three businesses;
• Match payables with BOLs;
• Learn and utilize our point-of-sale system proficiently (training is on the job);
• Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents;
• Assist in preparing reports related to financial performance as needed;
• Respond to inquiries from vendors and internal departments regarding accounting matters;
• Provide relief for front desk reception;
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience

• Previous experience in general accounting or bookkeeping roles is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform account analysis effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
