Significant Responsibilities:

• Payroll, small business accounting, payroll taxes, sales taxes, bank reconciliations, adjusting journal entries and fixed asset management
• Proactively interact with clients to collect information necessary to prepare tax returns and monthly accounting
• May be asked to accurately prepare individual and small business tax returns for our clients.

Education/Experience:

• Knowledge of federal income rules, and regulations
• Knowledge of preparing individual and business tax returns
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software programs
• Experience with Quick Books desktop and online
