Lighthouse CPAs is looking for hardworking experienced bookkeeper to join our team of accountants. We are a small but rapidly growing accounting firm located in Panama City, Florida. Lighthouse CPAs takes pride in providing exceptional accounting services including bookkeeping and accounting, payroll, income tax preparation, and business consulting. Required Skills:
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, dependability, customer service smile, and integrity
  • Excellent reasoning, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Willingness and passion to learn
Significant Responsibilities:
  • Payroll, small business accounting, payroll taxes, sales taxes, bank reconciliations, adjusting journal entries and fixed asset management
  • Proactively interact with clients to collect information necessary to prepare tax returns and monthly accounting
  • Assist in the preparation of small business tax returns for our clients.
Education/Experience:
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software programs
  • Experience with Quick Books desktop and online (preferred)
  • Experience filing payroll tax and sales tax returns (preferred)
