**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, while utilizing cutting-edge tools and technology. We are looking for an experienced industrial recruiter for our office in Pensacola, FL OR Panama City, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience in high volume industrial recruiting be able to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity throughout the hiring process.
**Duties:**
- Utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage job postings, candidate applications, and interview scheduling.
- Conduct HR sourcing and actively engage with social media platforms to promote job openings and build a strong employer brand.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize HRIS systems to track candidate data and maintain compliance with company policies.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
- Leverage technical and executive recruiting expertise to identify and attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of the recruitment process, including candidate interviews and assessments.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers to ensure that recruitment efforts align with business objectives.
- Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
**Experience:**
- 3+ years of experience in Industrial recruitment, with a proven track record of driving business results through strategic recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial staffing and recruiting .
- Proficiency in using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both internal stakeholders and external candidates.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform recruitment strategies.
