IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Technologists to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in performing laboratory tests that aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Duties

• Conduct various laboratory tests, including blood, urine, and tissue samples for specialty departments such as Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, Blood Bank, Serology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, and Microbiology.
• Perform assigned laboratory tests in specialty departments to include Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, Blood Bank, Serology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, and Microbiology.
• Analyze data from tests and ensure results are reported accurately and promptly for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.
• Perform complex analysis of microscopic, immunologic, biologic, bacteriologic, hematologic, and chemical tests and their results.
• Phlebotomize patients for sample collection, ensuring proper techniques are used for venipuncture.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols; troubleshoot / resolve instrument problems and document corrective actions.
• Document all procedures and results according to medical terminology standards.

Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology of Clinical Laboratory Sciences or related field
• Any MT (Medical Technologist) or MLT (Medical Lab Technician) experience
• Medical Technologists (MT) registry required prior to starting work
• ASCP or equivalent is preferred
• Candidates need to have taken the MT exam/applied to state in order to be considered for the role

Pay: $57,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year

• Phlebotomy: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CNA (Preferred)
• Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
• Medical Technologist (Preferred)
