Duties

• Serve as the main liaison between clients and the company, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage client accounts, track interactions, and maintain accurate records.
• Analyze client feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support account management efforts and drive client satisfaction.
• Assist in project management tasks related to client onboarding and service delivery.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or account management, preferably within financial services or Saa S industries.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail in project management tasks.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
