Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes.
Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations on the construction site to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Manage project schedules and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Utilize construction estimating techniques to prepare accurate budgets and forecasts for project costs.
• Implement project scheduling tools such as Pro Core and Bluebeam to track project milestones and deadlines.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and team members.
• Address any issues or delays that arise during the construction process promptly and effectively.
• Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in construction management and site supervision.

Skills

• Proficiency in construction estimating and project scheduling methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools such as Ohmmeter for electrical testing and quality control measures.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
• Experience using software like Pro Core and Bluebeam for project management tasks.
• Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges that arise on-site promptly.
• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.

Pay: $73,373.00 - $79,463.00 per year
