Overview
Opening for regional CDL driver, Must have 2 years verifiable driving experience. All freight originates from and returns to Panama City, FL port. .50 per mile (load/empty) full benefits available. MUST have clean background (eligible for TWIC badge) clean driving record and dependable transportation
Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial vehicles, including tractor-trailers, containers, refrigerated containers.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Navigate routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of hours worked and mileage driven.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered on the road.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle.

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) is required.
• Experience with route driving in various vehicle types (tractor-trailer, flatbed, refrigerated trailer).
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to commercial driving.
• Experience with tanker operations is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping.
• Previous experience in truck driving or commercial driving is required.
